Meet Trice

Trice Kabundi is a Principal at theTrium Group, where she advises CEOs, senior leaders, and executive teams through consequential leadership, organizational, and transformation moments.

Through Kitoko Solutions, she designs and leads consequential conversations for conferences, executive summits, leadership forums, and cross-sector gatherings. She is a respected moderator who has led conversations with CEOs, heads of state, and world-renowned musicians, artists, athletes, and public figures.

Her ability to move between institutions, cultures, and perspectives was shaped over more than 15 years across business, government, philanthropy, and international institutions.

During the Arab Spring, Trice drafted speeches and strategic communications for African Union leaders and ambassadors. In Zambia, she served as Country Director for an Australian firm and directed public-private infrastructure investment. She later became Chief Operating Officer of a $200 million global investment fund, where she led a significant cultural and operational turnaround.

Trice has since advised and led client groups of Fortune 500 presidents and divisional CEOs representing companies with more than $10 trillion in combined market capitalization. Her work has taken her across Africa, Asia, Europe, and North America, giving her a deeply global perspective on leadership, culture, power, and institutional life.
