Her ability to move between institutions, cultures, and perspectives was shaped over more than 15 years across business, government, philanthropy, and international institutions.

During the Arab Spring, Trice drafted speeches and strategic communications for African Union leaders and ambassadors. In Zambia, she served as Country Director for an Australian firm and directed public-private infrastructure investment. She later became Chief Operating Officer of a $200 million global investment fund, where she led a significant cultural and operational turnaround.

Trice has since advised and led client groups of Fortune 500 presidents and divisional CEOs representing companies with more than $10 trillion in combined market capitalization.
